1 Bed / Goldsbrough Mort Building

So, here it is, property number 1 - brought to courtesy of CDB and the ATO...

The Goldsbrough Mort building - which used to be a wool warehouse. And, presumably, a red-light district for sheep-shaggers.

See...(wanna see something REALLY cool? Click this pic.)

Now there is a nice entrance door.

And a swimming pool.

And the whole inside has been yuppiefied.

So, we bought one and leased it straight back out to Oaks property who run it as a serviced apartment. They did the renovation, too.

There's a living-room area.

All nicely furnished.

A tiny little balcony.

With a view - to next-door's carpark.

There's a kitchen area.

With cupboardy things.

There is one bedroom.

With a bed.

And a bog.

With other stuff in it.

Here's a piccy of the special lock they fitted to the balcony door - something the insurance people like, apparently.

And it comes with its very own hermit.
