KL - KL Tower

Not to be put off by being turned away from the Petronas Tower, we looked for something else that was tall and pointy. Step forward the KL Tower.

Tall - check. Pointy - check.
Not sure what the occasion was, but these trikes were bedecked in the entrance.
And it's a pretty good view from up here. Guess what? The opera house. Now where did they get the idea for that?
There's some pretty bold modern architecture in KL and it all seems to fit.
That's the one they they wouldn't let us in to.

There's a nice cooling fountain on the way out.
